Historic Portland Primary Bath

We removed all of the 90’s glass blocks and created an updated and fresh space with increased flow.

Stunning Guest Bath

Added custom cabinetry for additional storage.  We increased the width and removed a wall. Traded rain glass for a clear glass window for more light and forest views.

Broadmoor Beauty

1953 charming Broadmoor neighborhood traditional home completely updated except for the laundry and workout room.  We were challenged with existing pipes, wiring, and a hot water heater that the homeowners wanted to conceal.  We built two false walls to hide plumbing and HVAC.  We installed beautiful cabinetry for the hot water heater and plenty of other storage.

Raleigh Hills Guest Bath

Waterhouse Retreat

This 90's beauty had an odd layout with a built-in tub deck.  It had a closed off layout and was dated with striped wallpaper, tiled countertops and gold fixtures. We removed the tub deck and installed a beautiful, aerated tub, providing a focal point when you walk in.  We replaced vinyl flooring with neutral large format floor tile with a tile base.  The new shower is larger than was the existing shower, set in a vertical brick set pattern with a beautiful mosaic band running through the niche. The homeowners previously purchased the vanity which is a great finish to this master bathroom.

Breathtaking Primary Bath Remodel

We removed the long wall of mirrors and moved the tub into the empty space at the left end of the vanity. We replaced the carpet with a beautiful and durable Luxury Vinyl Plank.  We simply refaced the double vanity with a shaker style.

S Kelly Rowhouse

1990's S Portland Rowhouse in need of updates.  We removed the carpet in the TV room and laced in the red oak from the living room to create an open, light, and bright result. The new tile and mantel is stunning.

Cornelius Pass Laundry

The laundry room is approx 90 sf.  The challenges were working around a sump pump and a large water heater to the left of the sink and also the new plumbing and electrical for the upstairs kitchen had to be relocated.

We wanted to update this space inexpensively and quickly.  We painted the 1973 blonde brick Sherwin Williams Naval.  We painted the wood paneling Sherwin Williams Repose Gray.  We purchased curtains for an updated look.
